Welcome to Priti Academy Degree College, a beacon of educational excellence established by the visionary Priti Academy Education Society in 1985. Founded by the illustrious Mr. B L Sharma, whose dedicated 32-year tenure as a superintendent at Century Rayon School laid the foundation for our educational journey.

Following Mr. Sharma’s retirement in 2009, his commitment to education took on a new form as he devoted himself full-time to Priti Academy Education Society. Our story began with the establishment of Priti Academy Primary School, starting from K.G. (inter-garden) and growing to include classes I to VII. The unwavering dedication of our educators and the outstanding results achieved by our students garnered immense satisfaction from both parents and the community.

Buoyed by the success of our primary school, the Society received requests from various quarters, including political parties and esteemed members, urging us to extend our educational offerings to the secondary level. Responding to this call, the management initiated a full-fledged secondary section in Dhobhighat UNR area, where our students continued to shine in the S.S.C exams, consistently securing positions in the merit list.

As our students excelled in their academics, a new challenge emerged — the need for access to quality higher education. In 2007, responding to this imperative, the management took a bold step by establishing a Junior College offering Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. This decision proved to be a resounding success, with seven years of successful operation paving the way for the next phase of our educational journey.

In 2014, Priti Academy Education Society proudly unveiled Priti Academy Degree College, realizing the dream of providing comprehensive higher education. Our commitment to academic excellence, reflected in the stellar 100% results achieved by our students in the S.S.C exams, became the driving force behind the establishment of a degree college. The decision to start a degree college was motivated by the realization that our students, despite their academic prowess, were facing challenges in securing admissions to nearby colleges.
